Among doctors, until now, there is a DOGMATIC OPINION that chronic tonsillitis is formed as a result of supposedly transferred tonsillitis, scarlet fever, measles, as well as frequent SARS. However, a survey of more than 20,000 children aged 1 year to 6 years (in kindergartens in Kiev and Sevastopol) showed that chronic tonsillitis has a pronounced, hereditary etiology. Confirmation of this is that 13,685 examined children, which makes up almost 70% of the total number examined, (in the history of which there were no tonsillitis, scarlet fever, measles, and other infections), all symptoms of chronic tonsillitis were revealed. But all mothers of children who were diagnosed with ht, also, from an early age, suffered from chronic adenotonzillitis. Based on this clinical study, it was concluded that chronic tonsillitis is a determinate, hereditary disease.
Symptoms of chronic tonsillitis are well expressed already in early childhood and are often manifested by associated diseases: adenoiditis, rhinosinusitis, catarrhal otitis, decay of deciduous teeth, frequent acute respiratory viral infections. In the process of growth of a child suffering from chronic tonsillitis, complications may appear in the form of chronic diseases of the paranasal sinuses, as well as salpingotitis and, subsequently, damage to other organs and systems of the body: dental caries, pyelonephritis, polyarthritis, myocarditis, arthrosis, infertility in women and other diseases.
Treatment of chronic tonsillitis should be prescribed as soon as possible at an earlier age and should be carried out consistently and carefully. The most effective treatment for chronic tonsillitis is the repeated introduction of phytobalm into the crypts of lacunae of the tonsils (into the lacunar canals). The number of procedures is calculated by the otolaryngologist, in each case individually (depending on the course of the disease), on average it is from 12 to 20 procedures. Endopharyngeal electrophoresis of tonsils with a drug (peloidin, etc.) is also necessary. The complex process of treating chronic tonsillitis is based on the task of complete rehabilitation of the tonsils from pathological microflora and the “replacement” of diseased tonsil parenchyma cells with healthy ones. This is achieved by repeatedly introducing phytobalm into the crypts of the lacunar channels, which acts, as a natural antiseptic – inhibits the growth of any pathogenic microflora, as well as fungi. Phytobalm has a pronounced bactericidal and regenerating effect and promotes the speedy restoration of a healthy epithelial layer of crypts of lacunar channels and the growth of microfollicles in the tonsil parenchyma.
Using a disposable syringe and a disposable cannula, the balm is introduced alternately into each lacunar canal, i.e. “mechanical” cleansing of all crypts and canals of the tonsils from pathological contents (liquid pus, caseous plugs, etc.) is carried out – in this way, “medicinal” drainage of the entire lacunar system of the tonsils is performed.
Phytobalm has a high adhesive ability and penetrates deeply into the epithelial layer of the lacunar channels, forming there a depot of the drug for a long time (up to 20 hours or more). Phytobalm, being a long time in the gaps and crypts of the tonsils, acts as a prolonged antiseptic; inhibits the growth of viruses and other pathogenic microflora located in the lacunar epithelium, i.e. figuratively: “kills the enemy in his trench.” Each repeated introduction of phytobalm accelerates the healing process of the parenchyma of the tonsils.
The treatment of chronic tonsillitis is monitored clinically and laboratoryly: blood tests (general and biochemical), urinalysis, bacteriological tests (smears, fingerprints), as well as the treatment of conjugate diseases caused by chronic tonsillitis.
In our ENT Center “Healthy Tonsils”, we have developed methods for the conservative treatment of chronic tonsillitis in children and adults, which have been successfully used in medical practice for more than 30 years. Therapeutic methods are patented: Patents No. 82347, No. 22129. Children suffering from chronic tonsillitis and treated according to the indicated methods were removed from the record of the “FGD” because cured palatine tonsils began to fulfill their inherent protective function in the body and at the same time the child’s immunity increased. Over 90% of these children over the next years did not suffer from SARS.
Among diseases, chronic tonsillitis ranks second in the world in terms of prevalence, and taking into account the risk of complications caused by this disease, * turns it into a social problem. Given the magnitude of the problem of chronic tonsillitis, it is possible to solve it only at the state level – by creating regional and city TONZILLARY DISPENSERS. Using modern effective methods of diagnosis and conservative treatment of chronic tonsillitis – it is possible, qualitatively, to heal all children.
Unfortunately, at present, otolaryngologists are treating chemotherapy. in children and adults by tonsillectomy. Dear colleagues, do not forget. that the tonsils are the “KIDNEYS” of the oropharynx, treat them with the same respect as the other structures of our body. Otolaryngologist Tkach Yu.N.
