Terms of return and exchange of goods
According to document 172-94-p (current edition – Edition of 12/07/2005, basis – 1173-2005-p) on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” food products, medicines and products, hygiene items and perfumery cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
